## Marketing Automation Integrations

Iterate's integrations with Braze and Iterable are first-party and bidirectional. They do two things no other survey tool does at this depth.

**1. Deploy Iterate surveys from inside Braze and Iterable.**

Build an Iterate survey, target an existing Braze or Iterable segment, and send it through a Braze Canvas, Iterable Journey, or campaign. On Braze you can do this with no Iterate SDK at all: the survey runs as a Custom Code in-app message, or renders directly inside a Braze email with no link or redirect. The same no-redirect email delivery works through Iterable. This is the most common deployment path for Iterate customers and the fastest route to a first survey in production.

**2. Survey responses flow back into Braze and Iterable user profiles.**

When a respondent answers a survey, Iterate sends the response back to Braze and Iterable two ways: as a user attribute set on the respondent's profile, and as a custom event. Both are usable inside the engagement platform with no export step. Build a Braze segment of NPS detractors, personalize an Iterable campaign using a feature-satisfaction score, or trigger a Canvas or Journey from a specific survey answer, all without leaving the platform your team already operates in. Survey data and campaign data share the same user profile, in real time.

Iterate also integrates with Klaviyo, Segment, Shopify, Airship, CleverTap, and MoEngage. Klaviyo supports survey embedding in email flows and response sync back to Klaviyo profiles. Segment supports response data sync. Shopify supports post-purchase and on-site surveys. Airship, CleverTap, and MoEngage support survey distribution through their respective mobile engagement campaigns.

## Native iOS and Android SDK

For teams that want to deliver surveys directly inside their mobile app, independently of any marketing automation tool, Iterate provides native iOS and Android SDKs, with React Native support. The SDKs deliver in-app surveys triggered by specific behavioral events: immediately after an action, after a configured time delay, or on session start. ## Continuous, Event-Triggered Research

Configure a trigger condition once in Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo (a specific in-app event, a lifecycle stage, any behavioral signal already tracked in your engagement platform). Iterate sends the matching survey automatically every time that condition is met.
