How does the Braze integration work?
You connect Iterate to Braze with an API key. From there, you can trigger Iterate surveys from any Braze Campaign or Canvas flow. Survey responses automatically sync back to Braze as custom user attributes, so you can segment and target based on what customers said.
Do I need engineering to set this up?
Only for the initial one-line snippet on your site or app (if you want in-app or on-site surveys). The Braze connection itself is done entirely in the Iterate dashboard. After setup, your marketing team can create, target, and launch surveys without any code.
What survey types can I run through Braze?
Anything: NPS, CSAT, CES, multiple choice, open-ended, or multi-question research surveys. You can trigger them via Braze in-app messages, connected content in emails, or as on-site surveys targeted to Braze segments.
